Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging.

  • We will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund based on the situation.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After that, orders are processed and cannot be canceled.

Custom & Personalized Orders

  • We do not accept returns or refunds on custom or personalized orders unless they arrive damaged or with an error on our part.

Shipping Issues

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. However, if your package is lost, we will assist you in filing a claim.
