​1. How do I remove my brooch from the card?
In many cases, you can simply unlatch the brooch and lift it off the card. However, if the card doesn't bend easily enough for that, we've added a small perforation underneath the brooch for easy removal. Just gently pull on the brooch, and it should separate from the card without damage.
2. How do I regift a card?
We love sustainable gifting! To regift your card, just remove the inner insert and replace it with a fresh piece of paper cut to 5.25" x 4". It’s easy, and a great way to pass along something beautiful and meaningful.
3. Do you offer a military discount?
At the moment, it's difficult for us to verify service directly through our website platform, but we are working on it!

4. How can I mail my card to a recipient?
We recommend placing your card in a protective cardboard sleeve (we often reuse lid flaps from sturdy boxes) and then placing it inside a padded envelope for safe shipping.
Soon, we plan to offer these protective accessories as add-ons with your order to make mailing even easier.
5. Do you personalize items?
Yes, we do! Personalized cards are a big part of what we love to create. We're currently updating our site to support customizations, but in the meantime, you can email us at journeyoutoftheblue@gmail.com to request a custom card.
This includes mailing cards directly to your recipient, with a personalized note if you'd like.
